June means Summer is here and that means...it's time for Barbecue!

Wednesday June 13th 2012, 6:30pm - 8:30pm held at the LDS Church, Cera Drive San Jose.

Pioneer District Commissioners invite all leaders, each and every one of you to the annual Roundtable BBQ party, it's our way of saying thank you for all you do for Scouting!

There will be food, live music, games, lots of fun and really great prizes to win and the best part is it's all FREE, yes completely and utterly FREE!

During the evening there will also be information and resources available to help you plan your unit's upcoming 2012-2013 calendar, with District teams able to provide support and answer questions in all program areas.

Here are the steps for your scouts and their families/friends to purchase tickets:

Process to Order Tickets:

Go to https://www.vendini.com/ticket-software.html?w=0bd5c7dc4737c37689244a007c484806&t=tix
Select the appropriate game (April 29th vs. Saint Mary's)
Select seats in either sections 11-19 or 12-20 (discount will not apply to seats in the lower level) suggest to your group to select seats in sections 19 or 17, this way you can all sit together.
Change the ticket type from Adult (default) to Scout Night
Select "Will Call" as the desired delivery method
Enter the promo code: ScoutNight1
Follow on screen instructions. We will place all ticket orders at will call on the night of the game. The can be available for pickup starting one hour prior to the game.
